I am passionate about personal transformation and believe that yoga is a valuable support during life’s transitions. My personal yoga practice includes gentle asana, Vedic chanting, and a study of yogic philosophy. I especially enjoy sharing yoga with beginners – helping to develop body awareness, functional movement, and self-care practices that nurture everyday well-being, outside the studio and off the mat. I am a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and a licensed massage therapist in Washington state.
